Pork w/ apples, peppers and onions. It's what’s for dinner

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, sliced into 1" slices
- 3 apples sliced
- 1 large white onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- Salt, Pepper and Thyme to taste
- EVOO
Steps
- Heat a 12" Cast Iron Skillet add EVOO
- Brown the pork in Salt, Pepper and Thyme. Cook all the way through. Remove from pan.
- Add the onions and peppers for 2 or 3 mins.
- Add the apples for about 5 mins.
- Add a cup of chicken broth. Boil, simmer, reduce by half.
- Return pork to pan to add the body heat back.
