We thought we had a problem on our hands with Frosty.  He’s been here almost week and really hasn’t eaten… or so we thought.  We’d put out his food, he’d pick at it but really not eat enough.  We tried different foods, etc with no luck.

So the other day I’m walking past the hall linen closet and hear “crunch crunch crunch”  coming from inside.  I open the door and find Frosty on the floor eating.  When our previous cat, Hammi, passed on we must’ve taken the bag of dry food we were feeding him and stored it on the floor of the closet with his other things.  So Frosty clawed open the bag and had an all you can eat buffet in the closet.  So we took the bag out of the closet and put it on the counter in the kitchen.

But that’s not all…

A few hours later I’m working late finishing a project and from the kitchen I hear  “Bang, Crash, Boom” and when I look up there’s a white blur running out of the kitchen.  This cat, which show no ability to jump, can obviously jump with proper motivation… food.  The bag’s on the floor with a few other items from the counter.
